Chocolate Capri is made from 100% goat's milk and is combined with semi-sweet chocolate; how interesting is that! The only way to find out is to try and according to the makers, Westfield Farm, you will fall in love with this cheese. The cheese logs are only 5 ounces, so be aware how fast they may disappear, as we were told that these little logs are rather addictive.
